Hey everyone! Does anyone know any good
ways to loose a little belly chub? Lol
everyone says there is nothing wrong with
my belly but I feel like it's huge!
Anyone have any suggestions?? I already
walk about 15-20 mins a day, crunches, leg
& arm lifts..But none seems to be
helping my belly. Thanks in advance!

I put all my weight on my stomach, I was
obsessed with getting abs and a flat
stomach but it seemed like an endless
battle. But I came to understand that any
fat goes directly to my stomach, so unless
I eat like a fiend I will never have
washboard abs. I am ok with that, the
main thing that does also help is a
constant routine of exercise and diet,
after 6 months of exercising 3 times a
week and a pretty regular diet I finally
lost 5 kilos in about a month. I am down
to 56kilos and I still have fat on my
stomach. You just have to accept it
