Blood Type Changed During Pregnancy Posted: 11-18-05 16:34pm


My pregnant sisters blood type has changed from o+ to a-. Does anyone know what causes this? I guess it happened during her last pregnancy also and after giving birth it changed back.

Could It Possibly Be .r.h Factor, Causing This??????? Posted: 11-18-05 21:42pm


.R.H factor??? My brother and his wife had .R.H factor, I know baby has different blood than mom. And his blood attacks hers and it is very dangerous for the mom. My daughter also had .R.H. Factor, but I dont know if their blood changes, course they received the rogam shot to counteract the effects of the 2 different blood types. I am thinking this could possibly happen with .R.H factor--just a guess????

I have the rh factor.... But I have never heard of this before.... I can't see how this is even possible!
