my gf and I had sex and in the end I realised that the condom had come off, though I don't think it happened till afterwards we were still worried and she took the morning after pill the next day, about 1 week after that she said she got her period, which was two weeks early.

Is this a sign the pill worked? Or one that she's pregnant?

We've used the pill twice before and this hasn't happened.
