How long before the breast soreness goes away?

Mine didn't go away until I stopped breastfeeding. It gets a little better after the first trimester and then gets worse throughout the last trimester, as your breasts start to get ready for the milk.

I have been asking myself the same question. Im 21 weeks pregnant now and my breast are still sore. When I was pregnant with my first baby I didnt have sore breast at all. I think it just depends on each person.
