Gall Bladder Out Soon
Posted: 11-21-05 20:29pm

Hi everyone, just happened to come across this board and it's very interesting. My gall bladder will be coming out in the next month or two, no date yet. But I do have a question about fatigue. I have lost over 70 pounds in about a year and a half, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, try to remain active. But i'm always soooo tired. Does this have anything to do with having stones?

I just had mine out the end of august. I have read that the weight loss can bring on stones sometimes. I had been having intermittent problems for years.

I have fibromyalgia and arthritis as well so I cannot really say if fatigue goes along with gall stones. I would kind of guess not.

I had the laparoscopic surgery. Still took about 6 weeks to get fully back on my feet. I think that is just me and how I do with surgery. I tend to take awhile and did have some infection so that made it take longer.....

I hope yours goes just great and you will feel a lot better after. It sure is good not to have that constant pain in my side!
