Cyst of pregnancy is a very common and
normal condition. They can rupture,
and cause really bad pains. But it is
still very common.

The best person to give you information on
this.. Would be your doctor. When ever
you get hurt...Especially around the tummy
area.. You should consult with your
doctor.
I have a cyst on my breast... But mine
showed up when my daughter was 2 weeks
old. They couldn't do anything to it
until I stopped breastfeeding... So I
stopped breastfeeding last month and i'm
currently waiting for an ultrasound.

if it is the cyst of pregnancy--it goes
away. Only comes while pregnant.

As far as I know I did not have these
cysts--but I could have. I quit having
the bad pains in my ovaries around 7 weeks
pregnant--5 weeks after gestation. I had
these pains every day all day long.

I Have One Too

I am now 23 weeks pregnant. I was
initially high risk...So I was given an
ultrasound around week 6 aswell. The
docotr advised me that I had a cyst, a
ridiculously huge one at that. Around
5.5 cm in diameter. It defintely did
cause me pain. He compared it to a water
blister. He made it clear that these
cysts are extremely common. Discomfort
is common & he was worried that due to
its size it may burst. So far it hasnt
but he did advise me that it could cause a
god awful feeling in the gut...And be
accompanied by some blood-spotting. If
that were to occur I was supposed to call
the office immediately....But was told to
not panic. Like I said, so far so
good....And the discomfort did subside
entering into my second trimester. I
still get pain...But it was nothing like
it was in the beginning.
So no worries....You & the baby are
completely fine!!

Cyst in ovary while pregnant is normal,
its our corpus luteum, it is responsible
in the formation of placenta. I have that
too.
