Can pregnant people get in the hot tub as long as they dont stay in long like a few mins or no?

I don't know. I was told to stay away from them because the higher heat puts you at risk for miscarriages early on. I'm pretty early on and I don't even want to take a hot bath because I get dizzy. Maybe it changes as you progress...Well anyway, i'm interested in the answer too.
