Ok, so my problems never seem to end. I had my ultrascan done today by one of the leading specialist on the island and he assures me that I don't have a 'bicornuate uterus' as was told to me by my ob/gyn. He said that he can see no signs of that at all. But he did say that he is seeing some abnormailty where the baby shud be housed which might be what is causing the reatard growth, thus why it dies, not getting enuff nourshiment. It now appears as though I might have endometriosis {sigh}. I remember when I was a teenager my mother had the same thing and she had to have a radical hystorectomy, and she was 40/42, I am like 4 years away from there. So the specialist said that he will write a report back to my ob/gyn suggesting that he schedules me for the 'dye test' just to be sure, becuz that is the only thing that he cud see that wud be stopping me from carrying a baby to term. He said everything else looks just fine, no problems with my ovaries, my tubes are not at all blocked, just that slight abnormality he is seeing inside my actual uterus.
Does having endo. Stop you from carrying a baby to term? I read somewhere that it causes infertility :? Like I cud handle anymore bad news. Anyone can shed some light please.
Thank you

I am looking at my maternity/pediatric nursing textbook right now. It says that endometriosis appears to cause infertility in some women. So it sounds like you still have a good chance! I hope all goes well for you.

My doc said I might have endometriosis as well. Pcos on top of it. I was pregnant withing 1.5 months. I would get another opinion, and go from there.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

are you pregnant now or did you have the baby already?

The thing is that a friend of mine told me that I shudn't even be able to get pregnant at all if I had endo. But the fact that I keep miscarrying has me so worried. Maybe I am too old to have anymore babies. I guess my eggs have just gotten to old or something. This is so depressing :(
