Q: Exercise

I am thirty weeks along and not working anymore. I stay at home most of the time but try to get out daily for exercise and fresh air. My problem is that my body is not used to the physical activity anymore (i had an active job until recently). I get cramps in the sides of my abdomen and legs if I walk too far or too much. And then, there's also the "i gotta go pee now!" factor when i'm too far from a washroom:) any ideas about keeping active for the remainder of my pregnancy?

Thanks. I saw mom and baby yoga on "the mom show" yesterday and looked interesting. I'm not used to sitting around all day so it's frustrating. Also had hoped I would have a pregnant friend to hang out with but no such luck.

one of my best friends was preggo at the same time as me but lives like an hour away so it was a lil shitty, but we got together everytime we could. Now it's funny though cause her son is 1 1/2 months older than mine but mine is twice his size and can do more than hers. Lol
