Q: Weird Discharge??

Once again, this might be too much information, but this has never happened to me. My husband and I just finished having sex. I laid there for probably 10-15 minutes then went to clean up. I didn't have to pee, so I just wiped and there was this slimy stretchy stuff on the toilet paper. There was a good bit too. It was not completely clear, kinda yellowish-brown. Has the ever happened to anyone else?? What is it?? I'm supposed to be ovulating according to calendars today and tomorrow, so is it just ovulation discharge? I would really appreciate any input. Thanks guys!!

I don't know if it's ovulation discharge.. But you could very well have some kind of infection. Bacterial infection or yeast infection. I actually got a bacterial infection from using a douche before.. So I stopped using them. The doc says they cause a lot of irritation to the cervix and everything, which leaves you more prone to infections. I'm not sure if you use them or not. There's so many other things it could be..

Implantation bleeding, infection, had sex a little too rough, among other more serious things. I'd make an appointment with the doctor to be safe.

I don't want to scare you or anything.. But my story when something like that happened (looked like blood or something in my discharge), I went to the doctor and actually had stage 1 cervical cancer. Had to get the leep procedure done, and have been fine since. I'm sure that's not what it is with you because you didn't say you had any symptoms, other than the funny discharge.

Definitely make an appointment though to make sure all is well. =)
