Weird Bumps On My Upper Arms, And It Is Spreading Posted: 11-25-05 22:39pm
Well I woke up 2 days ago and I had bumps
on my upper arms, right by the shoulders.
And from what i've noticed it looks like
it has spread a little. They are white
and pretty small, llike the size of pencil
lead.
Do any of you know what it is? Please
answer!!

Hi there,
i know what you talking about I got them
on and off also cant tell you what its
called or if it has a name sure it
does....I think many people get them....I
exfoliate with shower gel and one of the
shower puffs........Then I
moisterize........I try not to use
anything too harsh like a scrub incase I
make it inflamed....The shower puff should
help (its like a ball on a string like
mesh kinda .......) sure you know what I
mean :)
that helps for me .........Try it :) umm
if it doesnt go way maybe go see your dr?
