Im Kinda Confused
Posted: 11-28-05 01:05am

Well im 17(male), im not a virgin, and ive never really thought about this...Since I was kinda embarassed to ask a doctor, but unless someone here has some sort of answer I guess ill have to.

Ive been masturbating since I was probably 13 or 14, never had any problems, always been able to get hard etc. I heard masturbating the same way too many times can lead to disorders so I always mixed it up ;)

anyways...My problem: so ill ejaculate...But it wont be very much, and I can only get it to the "normal" level if im stimulate myself for like 30-45 min of watching porn and doing what we do to make ourselves feel good (dont want to get into it lol). Even then it doesnt seem like im cuming enough. Beyond that...The weird part comes now: I keep semi-ejaculating for the next maybe 30 min. It isnt the same kind of ejaculant, but it keeps coming a little at a time, as if I didnt fully finish to begin with. There is no pleasure or anything, and it is a bit thick. Sometimes I can even pull it out like a string.

So for example, ill jack off, explode and the whole bit, but for the next 30 min ill be cumming a little at a time etc. Ive never ever masturbated where this hasnt happened, so I always assumed it was normal...But now im worrying lol.

It is very annoying to , for example, masturbate before school or something real stressful I have coming up (i dno if u guys do it but I like to relax before exams :)), and have myself coming a little bit in my pants...I have to go to thefucking bathroom, or the car to wipe it off hahaahah.

It doesnt effect me having sex, or really anything, but I find it highly annoying.

Thanksssssssssssss

That's unusual, but not unknown. A few points to address your concerns:

1) seminal volume (amount of cum) depends on several factors: hydration level (are you drinking enough water/fluids?), diet (what kinds of foods are you eating), and number of times you masturbate per day. The more you jack off, the less cum you'll produce. The more water you drink, the more volume you'll have. A diet high in protein will also increase thickness to your semen. Unless you're trying to get a girl pregnant, don't worry about the volume; rather, focus on the feeling you have when you cum.

2) your problem sounds a little like a condition called interrupted ejaculation/incomplete ejaculation. Urology is not my specialty, but I seem to recall as a medical student reading about a patient who exhibited symptoms similar to yours. Essentially, the problem was that under normal stimulation, he would ejaculate a certain volume of semen, but only 75% of the ejaculation would be emitted on orgasm, the remainder would "ooze" out intermittently over the next hour or so. His problem concerned masturbating too quickly, I believe, and not allotting enough time to enjoy himself. The cause of this condition was thought to be an ostruction of the urethtra, seminal vesicles, muscle atrophy, benign prostatic hypertrophy, phimosis (tight foreskin), and other causes that alone, or combined, effected the flow of ejaculation/urine.

Are you circumsized? If so, is your skin tight? Do you have problems urinating (too many urges to urinate, pain/burning on urination, problems with your urinary flow)? Do you have any pain in testicles? Any testicular swelling/discoloration?

Also, I had a patient once who suffered from recurrent renal calculi (kidney stones). One stone had obstructed the urethra (pee canal/hole) somewhat and impeded his urinary flow as well as his ejaculations, thus causing the seminal leakage post orgasm. Under cystoscopy, I was able to extract part of the stone and it cleared up the problem. Any history of kidney stones? Any pain in your lower back, bladder, or testicles? Any blood in your urine? If not, don't worry about, but if you do, you should see a doctor immediately.

If this is a major concern to you, you might consider seeing your family doctor and getting a referral to a urologist, who can examine your genitals to make sure everything is working. If it's not a major concern and you do not have any physical symptoms, don't worry about it. Masturbate when you're not in school, etc. Plus, cum stains aren't like urine stains. They don't smell and they aren't a big deal.

So last night I stimulated myself for 30 minutes without ejaculation, then finally did it. This time I exploded like no other, and had very little "post-cum", still some but nothing compared to before. I guess the solution was quite simple haha.

As far as drinking more water to increase cum volume...Would drinking a substantial amount possibly eliminate my sticky/stringy cum?

Not really, the more you ejaculate, the thinner and less sticky it will become. Btw, the drinking water usually won't have to much of an effect unless it's water you drank within the 8 hours before ejaculating.
