Only Ten More Days to Go!! Woo Hoo! Posted: 11-28-05 18:42pm
I have only ten more days to go. I am so
nervous and excited. My Dr. Checked me
today and I am 80-90% dilated one cm!
The baby hasn't dropped yet though. I
can't believe how far i've come!
Does anyone experience their tummy
itching? Mine does- I try to scratch.
Very gently though!
Can anyone tell me what the best way is to
sterilize bottles? Just throw them in a
boiling pot for five minutes?? I'll
eventually get an avent bottle steamer
sterilizer- from a relative as a gift, but
not until after baby arrives. (they're
expensive- around $75)
thanks,
~ctrule :)

Congradulations!!!! I have two and half
weeks to go myself. This is my second and
hoping I go early. (like all moms-to-be
do)
with sterilzing bottles just gently boil
them for about five or so minutes. And
allow them to cool. I think I only
sterlized my daughters bottles the first
time we ever used them and then I always
stuck them in the dishwasher. Trust me
that thing get hot enough.
Well, good luck to you and your little
one!!!

Thank you for replying to my post! It
seems like people just don't talk anymore.
I appreciate the advice on sterilizing
the bottles.
Congratulations butrfly8, and yes, like
all moms i'm really really hoping I go
before my due date! You will be
delivering very close to christmas! :)
what a nice present! Hope you have all
your shopping done. I do, bc I know I
won't have time after baby arrives.
Take care! :)

Hey
just make sure you wash the bottles and
then sterilize them and dont let formula
out too long the stuff stinks lol!!!
I breastfeed or about 2 weeks
continously and just had non stop
problems, elisa wasnt latching, my boob
were killing me although she was getting
milk so by one month she was on formula
completly. Btw you still have time for
shopping you just bring baby with you, its
an adjusting period, the one thing I found
really funny was when I brought elisa out
in the beggining everyone wanted to see
her and hold her. Dont worry you will
be fine like I said its adjusting to a new
life go for lots of walks and go out dont
let your life down just adjust it with
baby...........
I fianlly went and got a double stroller
and I dont have my full driver license so
im going to be stuck with walks around the
block lol!! If you need to know anything
about after having the baby send me a pm
ill try and help best as possible
