Hey hun.. The pains can be from braxton hicks, and it can also be shooting like pains.. That is your baby getting ready and positioning him or herself.. As long as you are not contracting or their are no signs of bleeding then you should be okay

Braxton-hicks contractions these "practice" contractions occur at various times during pregnancy, but can increase in intensity during your last month. They happen at random and are typically not painful. They do not dilate the cervix as "real" contractions do.

Contraction the regular tightening of the uterus, working to dilate and efface the cervix and to push the baby down the birth canal.

The best advice that you can try is to make sure you are really keeping up with your intake of water. You need to be drinking at a minimum of eight 8oz. Glasses a day if not more.

My wife's ob recommended that when she felt like she was going into labor, to drink 3 or 4 big glasses of water and lay on her left side for a while, most often false labor will be stopped and you will feel 100% better.

You are at a point where you can go at any time and you need to be sure when you begin labor that it is the real thing. Drink lots and let us know how you are doing,
