Q: Birth Control Question

Okay I got off of depo recently. I was suppose to get my shot on sept 5th but I didn't. I started having a period in october and just had another last week. How long is the normal time to get regular, cuz I seem to be already and I havent' been off that long. I have been feeling really sick since I came off as well is this normal. I just lost my insurance so I have no doctor to call.
