My wife is 6 and half months pregnant.I m very worried about the complain that she is telling me about her conditions. She having hypothyroids and gastric problems.
For past 2 months she talked like she having a very heavy cold.Ear blocked, but she is not having cold or flu.She always telling me that the baby is breathing from her ear. Also she said she having difficulties to breathe quite often when she walk for few minutes or when do housework or even when she sleep at straight position. The gyne ask her to check with ent specialist which is next week.
Is this common during pregnancy?
Please give me some information about this.
Thanks.

i dont understand either.

Common cold and flu is very common while pregnant. The cold could be making her breathing hard. The pressure from baby can cause this also. Some women, have a hard time fighting cold and flu off while pregnant.

Hope .E.N.T can help her.
