Hi i'm 19 and I have absolutely no sex
drive or desire to have sex with either
sex, this has been going on for about 3
years now before that I had a good sex
drive it started to decline about 5 years
ago and I stopped growing about the same
time, I also have no feeling in the head
of my penis and it's a bright blue colour
at times, I also have no adams apple and
my hands and feet are always freezing cold
if that's of significance, and my sperm is
very watery and clear and nothing I or
girls do feels good at all. I'm reluctant
to see a doctor about it, any advice would
be appreciated. Oh yeah and this all
started right after I overexercised my
hips doing kicks in karate, went to a
chiropractor once and he said that I had a
shoved up sacriliacs crest but he didn't
help it much.. Don't know if there's a
connection there.

How much do you masturbate?
Are you under any type of major stress?
Are you on any medication?

It seems like your hormonal system is shut
down, perhaps from over-masturbation or
drug/medication abuse.
Having cold hands and feet and no libido
indicates kidney yang deficiency in
traditional chinese medicine or also known
as male hormone deficiency.
Try taking a multi-vitamin, l-tyrosine,
5-htp, choline and male silk moth drops
(from dragonherbs.Com). Your dopamine and
serotonin levels are likely to be low
because low serotonin promotes excessive
dopamine conversion to adrenalin thus
resulting in low dopamine (which kills
testosterone production) and high
adrenalin.

Loss of sensitivity is due to
acetylcholine deficiency. These
supplements will cost a lot of money but
get a job to support the fight and get on
with your life.
I haven't anwsered a forum member's
questions relevant to alan ritz's book
because i'm pretty busy right now by the
way...

acetycholine is released from your brain
each time you ejaculate. It will,
however, replenish itself naturally within
around 72 hours. If you feel that this
is your problem, cut back masturbation to
1-3 times a week for a while until you're
feeling better. Lack of acetycholine
(ie: not allowing them to replenish),
among other chemicals, can cause you to
experience a mild depression.

I was reading what you said ,
and I see in myself symptoms like these.
What I have is that some periods of
time[lasting a week maybe] I have high sex
drive and I masturbate.I have a
normal-full erection!!!
But other periods this stops suddenly..
Now I am in a relationship and ... I
dont know if its cause of me being anxious
, but I want to have an erection but I
dont have it or I dont have a full one.
Considering that my size is not so good ,
[14-15cm] not having a full erection
doesnt help.
It's been a week that I have a
relationship and we have had sex.The first
time,i blacked out and then after
relaxing[after 1 hour?] I had a full
erection but then I ejaculated
prematurely..Ok this is logical I haven't
had sex for like..8 months!
But then...The last time some days ago,we
went to have sex..I wanted this too
much..I was 'hot' but I didnt have a full
erection.... I was tired , and
hungry...I didnt offer a good sex and I
couldnt do it for a second time...The last
2 weeks I havent been sleeping
good[average 6 hours per day] cause I
think a lot and I cant relax..So I dont
rest..I dont smoke nor drink alcohol...
After this I m feeling disappointed and
many times I m thinking of commiting
suicide.I experience some mild depression
that is caused from random factors ..
And I suspect that maybe somethings wrong
with my thyroids and hormones..
I have to mention also that my feet and
hands are very very cold especially during
winter...
What tests should I do so that I know
whats wrong [if indeed is something
wrong]
please help me, I am 23 years old and all
I am asking is to be able to satisfy my
girl and to be normal on this...

I think there are a number of things
causing your problems: nerves, stress, and
how sensitive you are. How often do you
masturbate?

The feelings of suicide you speak of, I
have found, seem to be common with guys
that have ejaculated often enough that
their body is unable to catch up, and thus
experience a depression. This is an
effect of your brain not being able to
replenish the chemicals lost during
ejaculation. I would take a break for a
while. Relax and go out and do some
stuff you enjoy. Try to keep stress to
a minimum and think about it as little as
possible. After a week or two, go back
and reassess the problem and see where you
stand.

Hm well to help you understand maybe the
cause...
I m sensitive as a personality .. I did
some excess masturbating when I was
younger but now maybe its not the
case..Cause its been years since that..
I have a performance anxiety for sure ,
look what happens , when I first kissed my
girl , I had a full erection[!] and when
we started rubbing and it came the time to
remove my pants...Zero,it dropped...
So this is 99% psychological isnt it?
As for the other thing....I am dependend
from sleep / nutrition more than
others..If dont sleep well [8hours] then
nothing works....

I'd agree that it's likely mental. If
you are in the right mental state, you can
keep your erection and are able to orgasm.
You might, however, have this problem
because of other problems...

From what i've learned, this sounds like
it could be a common mixture of physical
and psychological causes. To take some
real action and help your situation, you
might want to go to a urologist...They are
well versed in these matters, and see them
in all ages of men. They should be able
to run tests to see if you are getting
proper blood flow to the penis, which is
essential to maintaining erections. The
cold hands and feet indicate a possible
circulation problem. A urologist can
discuss treatment options. Ed is a
medical condition and is more common than
people think...Mostly because people are
afraid to discuss it.

Please do not be afraid to discuss
anything with your dr, if some things do
not get treated early, they can get worse
later such as cold hands aandd cold
feet(possibly a circulatiion problem), I
am not a dr but I have a neuro problem
that wasn't treated until it was too late
and I live with pain and numbness 24/7.
If you do not be honest and up-front with
your dr he cannot treat your situation
correctly.
Good luck!

I can see an urologist but what will I say
to him?
Maybe its better to speak to a
heart-expert about this issue that has to
do with circulation of blood...
My mother also has this symptom ..Cold
hands/feet ...
