Im hoping to be mom soon but im really
concerned and worried about sids in

Im wondering if anyone have tips on how a
baby can be more safe from sids thanks,

Alot of people dont even worry about sids
and put there children on their stomachs
even though these is a chance of sids. I
think that laying babies on their stomach
doesnt really happen in many families any
more. When I had my son, I always laid
him on his back. He would end up rolling
on-to his side. I think so you dont have
to be worried like mothers always are,
just put the baby on its back and go from
there.
Good luck

When my daughter was born-for the first
several months- I either put her to sleep
on her back or on her side (in one of
those "wedge"looking things for babies).
Also, books say that smoking affects sids
also. I don't smoke but it makes sense
that it would affect infants breathing.
I also checked on her several times in the
middle of the night, I barely got any
sleep as it was. Hope I helped.
