Hello I am a 18 year old male and whenever I am getting amped up or kinda scared (i'm getting read to fight someone or something) when the adrenaline starts pumping my arms feeling kinda tingly and numb for about a minute and they feel so heavy that I can barely move them. But after 2 mins I feel normal and I have no bad feelings in my arms, but this happens everytime my body is excited and I get adrenaline. How can I fix this so i'm not powerless? I don't want to get mugged or punched in the face and not be able to fight back because I can barely move my arms!
