If you believe you're pregnant, how far along are you?

If you're getting a little bit of brown spotting, that's normal during pregnancy, so there's no need to freak out over that. But, if you're getting your period normally, are you positive that you're pregnant? I know it's possible to get your period while pregnant, but it's not quite as common as not getting your cycle.

If you begin to feel severe cramps and bleed heavily, like enough to soak through a tampon or a pad within an hour or so, then that would be signs of a miscarriage and you would need to get to a doctor or to the emergency room immediately.

Not trying to instill panic here....But when I was 5 months pregnant I had a tiny amount of red blood when I wiped and I went straight to the hosptital even though the nurse on the phone told me it was probably fine since I wasnt having any pain whatsoever. After my ultrasound we learned my baby had already died, and I had to stay and be induced into labor to have a stillborn. It was a nightmare. If I was pregnant again I personally would go straight to the hospital just incase.
