Please Help!!!

I recently have had sexual relations with a new partner, I am a man and hetero sexual, I am more of the long term relationship type, but after 2 weeks I have some sort of zit that was growing on my penis, it was quite big and it had a white head, it was painful so I poped it, and some fluid came out, it is on the skin, but there is still a bump, I have read through the forums and I must say I am starting to have a cold( i'm in montreal and we just started to have cold weather) so what should I do? I have blood test taken twice a year. Please help, our medical system in montreal is overloaded, so I do not want to waste a doctors time if there is no reason to panic.

I would definately get tested. It could be herpes. Also, if you just got a new partner and had unprotected sex, you could have all kinds of different std's. Definately get tested, at least before having sex with someone else. Some std's don't have noticeable symptoms for men, but can be spread and cause all kinds of problems to you and your partners.
