I have recently stopped using the b/c
patch because of the side effects I was
experiencing (i.E.Breast tenderness,heavy
periods, bad cramping)i read that it also
causes high blood pressure. I have been
off of it for a week now and my headaches
seem to be getting worse
does anyone know if high blood pressure
can cause headaches?

I was on Ortho Evra and had the same
problem. My headaches were so bad that I
threw up. Give it some more time to get
out of your system. I did get better.

I got off birth control too because of the
intense migraines and headaches..Also the
patch left dark patch marks on me. I had
to use cocoa butter for a month straigh to
get rid of it. I had them for about 3
weeks after then they left..Maybe try a
women's 1 a day multivitamin to help
you..good luck..
