You should have taken a test first. I'm not sure what could happen if you are pregnant, but you should call a doctor.

Your dr should've given you a pregnancy test before giving you the depo shot, unless it was within about 5 days of you starting your period. If you are getting the depo shot, it's obvious that you are sexually active (unless it is for other medical reasons). But still, a pregnancy test is usually done first.

Look up the number of the doctor then call him/her and ask if a preg test was done.

If you think you are preg you shouldn't have taken the depo a friend of mine lost her baby cause she started them and didn't know she was preg and if it's only been a week since you had sex and your having symptoms it's probably all in your head it takes at least 4 to 5 weeks before your body starts to react to being preg it's impossible to tell after one week

well, what did the test say?
Taking depo after probably will cause a miscarriage - or a malformed baby.

unless you told the doctor you were a virgin then they had to legally give you a test and make you sine stating that you would not have intercourse for two weeks prior to the test.

sorry if you said this, but this was a blood test? It should be fairly accurate, so you probably aren't pregnant.
If you got the depo shot, you could be feeling pregnant because of the shot. It "works" because it tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant.
It sounds like you either need time to adjust to the depo, or it's not the right kind of bc for you.

i agree when I first got on depo when I was sixteen I had all the symptoms of being pregnant, only thing was I had not been having sex, my parents put me on depo just in case, so yeah depo can make you feel pregnant when you are not, and if the test was negative then I am sure that is right. And if you thought you thought you were pregnant even after the test then you should have spoke up to the doctor. Like I said b4 the test is ivin after a 2 week period of you saying that you would not have sex. Becasue it takes 2 weeks for it to show up if you are. So if you had sex during that time then thats like homicide on your part if you were pregnant and took the shot without telling them that you had had sex during the 2 week period.

so your choices now are to either - get a home pee test or go back to the Dr. And get a blood test for accuracy.

If you were pregnant and got the depo, you may want to find that out, because it can kill or malform a fetus.

5 days after sex, it too early for the pregnancy test. You can feel symptoms within a few days.

Did you have these symptoms before or after the shot?

If after the shot--prolly just the shot, but you could also be having these symptoms because you are pregnant.

I hope you were not pregnant--cuz I believe the depo is really bad for a baby. Some of the oral contraceptives are not bad at all though.

Good luck
