I noticed the other day after my
girlfriend and I had sex that I have a
vein or something that is hard on top of
my penis ...For a couple of days this went
on with no change ..But in the past day or
2 I have noticed puffyness and swelling
with some slight disfiguration on the
left side in the foreskin is this
something to worry about what could it be

Heres the thing I heard something simialar
about that from my best friend/cousin..She
told me her boyfriends story and it seems
just like yours.......His story was
similar to yours because well he cheated
on her and after he did that he had
puffyness on the top of his penis and
after a couple of days it got swollen and
started leaking stuff out of it....It
turned out he had genatel warts...So if I
was you I would go get that cheaked it
could be serious and it could not

Could be, or it might be something like a
thrombosed vein. You should consult your
