Reactions to Bp Meds. (lotrel) Posted: 12-07-05 05:30am
I started taking lotrel last week and the
first 3 days I was in bed. I felt like I
was on qualudes. The 4th day I had to
move but later on I was high again. I
take my pill at night, so far my days are
ok. Tonight I could'nt breath...It was
bad! What 's going on?

BP meds can have some very odd side
effects. I was on procardia which is a
blood pressure medicine. I wasn't on it
for blood pressure though-it was for
pre-term labor. Well, the first few days I
took it I felt absolutely horrible. I just
felt like crap all over and had horrible
headaches. It does take time for your body
to adjust but sometimes you do have to
change meds if the side effects are too
bad.
