Me and my boyfreind are thinking about having annal sex. I'm quite unsure. I have heard some nasty things, but its meant to be realy good. My main concers are if it hurts, how will I know i'm doing it right, if their are any after affects. Please could someone who has also done it give me some tips. I highly doubt a guys voice will change. But my boyfriend is constantly joking about having anal sex...I just want to know how to do it, so I won't be in pain...Any help?

My husband and I have tried on several different ocassions and this is what we've learned by trial and error. Take things slowly and with lots of lubricant. Especially if this is your first time. My husband fingered me for starters. Then when I felt comfortable enough we applied lubricant and eased inward. He has got to be very patient though. You'll only be able to handle a very small portion. But he ahs to let you be judge of depth. When you can handle more let him know. Try to relax even if you have to think about something else at first then the uncomfortable feeling fades and you can enjoy. It is only painful if you have an impatient partner.

I actually enjoy anal every once in a while. If done correctly it can be quite pleasurable. I would suggest a month or two of "stetching" before you go through with the actual act, though. Use toys, your's or his fingers. Whatever. But take it slow! Lube is very important here. A condom does indeed help with the mess, and helps to reduce chances of infection. After some experimenting and stretching, when you finally work up to and are ready to have him enter you, make sure he is very well lubed, and that he takes it slow, slow, slow! Water-based lube is always best! Oil based lubes not only break down condoms, but make the internal environment more "homey" for infections. Enter a little, rest. Enter a little, rest. I have found that it works best if the man is stationary, and you are the one to slowly press back/down against him. The man isn't able to tell when it is hurting you. With you in control of the insertion/thrusting this helps to eleviate some of the pain. There is a little pain initially. Especially the first few times. But once you get started and relax, it becomes pleasurable. That is another key factor. Relax! If you aren't relaxed enough it can hurt more. Sometimes it helps to push down like you are having a bowel movement, too. The pain in anal sex comes from when the object inserted is trying to get past the sphincter muscles. When you push down, like in a bowel movement, it helps to open those muscles up, allowing the object to slip past them more easily. Anyway, after he is fully inserted in you then rest again so that you have time to adjust to the full length him being inside you. Once you feel comfortable with him inside you, then he can slowly start moving in and out, a little at a time. It would even work best for you to do the moving while he is stationary. This way you can do what feels good to you and not have it hurt. I have found it best in a spoon position if he is "lengthy" enough. If not, doggy position works well. But, everyone is different. Just do what feels best for you. With you controling the thrusting it helps the pain factor. Never try anal sex, and then let the man enter your vagina with whatever has been in the anal canal. There are bacteria in the anal canal that can cause vaginal infections. Hope this helps, and enjoy! ;)

Hi there...My boyfriend and I found this creme at an adult toy store called "tushy tamer" it numbs the pain but you can still feel the action. Great stuff! You just have to use a lot of it. Hope this helped! Jenny

It hurts for me, it's just uncomfortable, but after my fiancee first pushes in and 2 strokes in i'm fine, usually it's best if i'm on top controlling it, doggy style half hurts, and when he's on top it hurts. I suggest anal plugs that vibrate, they're fun and he can use your vagina while you're vibrating elsewhere, it's really awesome.

Sometimes afterwards you may be a little uncomfortable/sore as your muscles retract back to their original form. Also, sometimes, the first bowel movement you have afterwards could be a bit painful. On the other hand, you may not have any discomfort at all. Everyone is different. Lube is very important, even if you use a condom. It just makes it much easier if you both are well lubed.

It hurts.. It does...But at sum point u get over it and it starts to feel good.. At least for me when my bf plays with my clit at the same time it feels amazing.. We dont do it very often at all.. It takes alot of patients to get it in there lol.. And when we say lots of lube we mean lots, it can really turn out to be a messy thing! Lol

I see this is old but [ id ask my dr about anal sex and he said not to because you teach your body to relax then afterwhile your muscle gets used to being relaxed that you have trouble w/ your bm

Ha ha! Sorry I had to laugh after reading all of that. Each has his own opinion on anal sex but that doesn't make what he says right. Anyways, my views on anal sex: ouch ouch ouch, but after he is in for a few seconds it can be amazing!
