Exam Stress Or Baby?

Okay, i'm new to this place...But I really
need advice. I'm currently in university
and its exam time soon (like next week).
I had my last period on nov 2nd, so I was
due for it last week (i don't know exact
date, but i'm usually 28-30days). It
still hasn't come. I had unprotected sex
(..Don't ask why or say how stupid it
was..=p) on nov 20th,and 29/30th. I have
grose white down-there goo (it smells a
little, but not strong and not an
unhealthy smell..Kindda like the smell of
sex..). I get weird like, gurgling in my
abdomen, I sometimes feel like I could
throw up..But not strong enough to
actually vomit.
Since exams are coming up, I might be just
stressing about them (i think i'm all cool
about them, but maybe deep down i'm
not)...Eitherway, is the stuff I said
signs of preg? I know theres probably a
million other post like this...But i'm
just looking for help.
Also, if my period doesn't come, I know I
should take a hpt...But i'm not sure if I
should wait until after i'm done exams so
if it is + , I don't worry about it...?
What do you think...Should I find out
right away so I can take vitamins and
w/e..Or will I ibe ok to hold off for a
few weeks?

Vitamins is an excellent idea whether you
are pregnant or not. Especially because
you are a student and I know what kind of
dramas that can bring.
If you think or know you will worry about
a positive then wait until after exams to
test. If not then you can surely test
now. The signs you have could possibly
be pregnancy or like you said because of
stress your cycle may be off and it could
be ovulation.
Good luck with testing, and try to relax,
although that's the hardest thing to do.

Thanks for the reply...I've been checking
back like every 2 seconds to see if anyone
replied
tomorrow is the one day that I have the
afternoon off..I think i'll go to the drug
store and get a hpt and some vitamins like
you said...I probably won't test right
away...But i'll have it incase I change my
mind...
Any suggestions to what vitamins are good?

Well if you want to be pregnant and are
thinking about getting pregnant within the
next year--i would take any over the
counter prenatal vitamin. Just check the
back for the nutrients. If you are
pregnant your dr will prescribe you a
better one. If you don't want to be
pregnant but are thinking you may have
another scare--then I would just get a
woman's vitamin- just make sure it has
folic acid. Usually they are like
horsepills though. I would try gnc, they
have a great supplement for women.

Your welcome, anything I can do to help.
Hehe i've been in nearly the same
situation before.
I'm pregnant with hopefully my first
child. I'm a little over 16wks now.
I've had a miscarriage and an ectopic
before, so now that i'm a whole lot
farther with this pregnancy, my husband
and I are extremely happy. We get to
know the baby's sex, hopefully, in 2 wks.
I've already even felt the baby move. I
tell you it's the most wondeful miracle in
the world.

Congrats hun, i've got my fingers crossed
for a healthy pregnancy and baby for you
and your hubby. How long have you two
been trying? Me and my bf weren't
trying...But we've talked about kids and
i'm moving in with him in a few months and
stuff...So if I am pregnant it will still
be a blessing!
Let me know what you're having when you
find out ;)

Okay, I went and got a womans
multi-vitamin today...It has 0.4mg of
folic acid, is that enough? Is there
anyother vitamins I should be looking
for?
The stupid store put the preg. Test right
in the middle isle of the store..And since
this is pretty much a university student
area of town, there were all these people
from my classes there and I had to wait
for the perfect moment to grab one of the
shelf without everyone seeing  and
then the cashier gave me such a dirty
look! Grrr...Ohwell...She doesn't know me
so she can bit me

I think you should take the test. Sounds
like your are going to stress yourself out
anyway by not knowing. Look at it this
way, if you're not you can breathe a sigh
of relief and focus on your exams instead
of the pregnancy test. If you are, at
least you will know for sure. Either way
you will know what steps you will need to
take next instead of waiting in limbo

You sound like you could definatly be
pregnant. I just found out im pregnant

weeks, some headaches, and nausea that
isnt strong enough for me to throw up and
feeling very hungry and tired.
Goodluck..

To answer your question...You should take
multi vitamins for pregnant women. Just
go to a pharmacy and ask them for
pregnancy supplements and they will have
all the essential vitamins you need and
make sure it has folic acid. I dont think
you have to take extra folic acid just
depends on your blood tests the doctor
does...Basically dont take anything extra
unless your doctor says you should ok!!!

Okay, took a hpt this morning, but it was
negative =)=( .... I'm kindda sad,
kindda relived...But very confused. I'm
now abouut 2weeks late..Whats going on
with my body? Could this be a false,
could there be something wrong with me?
Am I broken? I figured if it was
negative, I wouldn't be stressed and so my
period would probably ...But now i'm
stressed trying to figure out whats going
on? What do y'all think??
