Ok... Let's calm down a little bit. Just go to the drug store and buy a pregnancy test... Or have a friend go for you. Is there an adult that you trust? Someone who can offer support and can be trusted to keep your concerns confidential? This person can make the Dr. Appt. For you.

Also, how many years have you had your period? I didn't start mine until I was 12. I heard that you actually start your period a couple year before you start ovulating. Have your periods been fairly regular up to this point? You might have a hormonal problem that is causing you not to have it. Make sure that you know how to use condoms! Spermicide is also a good idea. If the guy your with doesn't know how to use them, then it can break or tear without you really knowing.
