You dont ovulate until 2 weeks after your
period if they are regular. So say as
early as 7-14 days after conception you
can have a pee test. So that would mean
if your periods are regular that as early
as one week before you period is suppose
to start. A blood test can tell you 7
days after conception. So a week before
your late period. (this is a summary of
what it explains in the book "what to
expect if you are expecting") but just
because you take a pregnancy test 7 days
after when u think u conceived doesnt mean
it will be accurate it is best to wait a
few days after you missed period to insure
you hcg levels are high enough for a pee
test to read as pregnant
