do you wash your clothes? Take showers? Ever take medication to help you with a baterial infection? Then you kill too.

i'm sorry but I don't equate bacteria and germs with an animal or a human. It's pretty stupid to do so.

but we evolved from single celled organisms! That germ cell you kill today might have had descendants a billion years from now that would be sentient! You just killed a whole species... It's ridiculous I know, but where is the line drawn?

Eiri.. Thanks :) I think that people throw around the selfish like it is always a negative thing, when in fact "self care" is very important. I donate to many charities, and enjoy giving, but not everyone has the means to do so. They must act in a selfish way and consider themselves and their family first, but that is most important... Like I said, I just think people throw that around around a lot.

Yes there is selfishness that is good. But one thing is being selfish and not kill someone and other very different is being selfish and kill someone.

Exactly, many things in life are subjective. Sure by having an abortion you are killing, but it is justifiable in my opinion because it violates my autonomy. You may not think so, and thats ok, but that doesn't make it law just because you do not like it.

Well said cairifairy, eiri, and whatisupwiththat1. I get so tired of hearing that someone is being selfish when they have and abortion, when they do not try to understand why, that is why alot of women will not speak out about their abortion plus it is really none of their business why any way. It can be just as selfish to have their own children instead of adopt one, their are sooo many that will never be adopted, that will never know the basics of life, some of those foster homes are no piece of cake and that is what happens when so many of the adoptions fail. You cannot prove that the fetus zef will make it the 8-9 months anyway. To many a zef is like a bad germ or bad cancer, I would rather see them aborted by a physician that knows what he/she is doing, then self abort or have the baby, abuse, neglect it or kill it after it is born. I wish you could see some of these babies and chidren brought in to the hospital half beaten to death some of them do not even make it, sometimes because they were not wanted and sometimes the parents, mainly mother's mind just crack's, it is really sad!

For thosw who asked is this pertaining to pregnacy it is because it is a option for pregnant women. I have seen the pics of abortions and they are true, and if you keep having abortions they will mess up your body. If I have offeneded someone sorry but 'm just trying to make people aware of this epidemic. For those who got raped then give it up for adoption you still don't have to kill it. Hit me back up

by the way, having a lot of children really will mess up your body, so don't do that either. In the meantime, if you get raped, go ahead and keep the pregnancy. Do what you like. Fortunately, you have absolutely no more right to tell anyone else what to do with their body than they have to tell you what to do with yours. I would have some great suggestions, though. And they would not be very nice.

I do not mind sharing. I had an abortion at 7.5 weeks. It looks like a pool of blood, you cannot see any pieces ect. You see during an abortion the suction machine basically liquifies the fetus, so regardless of how far along you are it is all blood and mush mostly. I have seen a 20 week abortion, and there is still basically mush, but you can see fetal parts. The 20 week aboriton I helped in was a child with trisomy 18.
Abortions nowadays are all performed basically the same way, with suction. Unless the woman chooses labor and delivery abortion. The baby is given a shot into the heart which stops it, and an early labor is induced. Many women with fetal abnormalities choose this because they want to babtise, and hold their baby. For these women this is a horrible situation, and a wanted pregnancy. They may also get footprints and cremate the remains and have a special urn.

**** the so called baby "malachi" pictures are false because (the it would look like ground up mush from the suction.

oh, it is so sad women who have to abort wanted babies because the child is in bad condition! Yeah, i've seen the "baby malachi" picture, and it is bunk.

I think it's sweet that those mothers have special ways to mourn the baby they couldn't have... Actually in japan there is a practice that many mothers who abort/miscarry perform called mizuyo kuyo, which is basically making a little figurine to represent the baby and placing it at a buddhist temple. It helps them deal with any feelings of guilt or loss they may have afterwards.

there is a difference between born and aborted. When aborted, they are turned to mush. When born, they are whole.

you don't have to believe in the .Lord to know that killing a child or anyone for that matter is disgusting, immoral and wrong. Pro-choice condones killing, that is all there is to it. Stop debating it, it's the simple fact. Your all killers.

that is sad that a life could be considered mush.... And at 20 weeks it should be considered homicide... The doctor should go to prison or whoever administers the shot to stop the babies heart.. At 20 weeks everything is pretty much developed.. They can even identify the sex of the baby at that point.. I could never work in an abortion place.. I agree with abortions to a point, but that is really beyond pushing it..
