I do not eat any vegetables, and cannot
drink any milk.. What am I lacking
nutrition wise? Any help would be
appreciated.

You might be missing calcium which most of
us are and calcium is more able to be
absorbed when it is taken with vitamin c I
believe. Also fiber vegetables really
help us get good fiber. Are there any
vegetables you are able to eat? Vitamin
a is high in vegetables like carrots and
sweet potatos. I guess I would really
need to know more about what you do eat.
There is a website called fitday.Com and
it is really cool... You type in the
foods you eat for a day and it tells you
what u r getting enough of and what u r
short on etc. U have to join but it is
free and just so that they can remember
the data u eat. Good luck hope this
helps some.

Well that was kind of frustrating it
sounds like you need to avoid vegetables
and milk if that helps you and then I
would think about a calcium supplement...
I really like the viactiv chews it is
like candy : ) and then maybe an all
around multivitamin. Some people really
are picky about what vitamin they get but
then truth is that none of them are
regulated so pick a brand you like and
trust I take one a day.

alot of pasta, chicken, fast food.. Thats
about it. I don't eat no green
