the urine tests at the doc take just as long or even shorter than a home test...and are a bit more accurate so chances are if its neg you arent pregnant (depending on when or if you missed your period) blood tests are extremely accurate. if youve missed your period and you get a neg, you prob are not pregnant...the results come back that day or the day after
