I messed up. I just found out I was
pregnant last nite. Not sure how far
yet. I'm worried b/c in the past month,
the doctor had me on pain pills for my
back, before I was pregnant, and I have
been taking them. They are very strong,
and i'm scared it will effect the baby.
If i'm only about 3wks, do u think the
baby is still ok?

You should be fine if you end it now. Go
to a doc and ask them about it. For now
just put maybe a hot towel on your back
for pain. But no more pills. Make an
appointment for a checkup though. Good

I'm sure the baby is fine. In fact people
with severe disabilities or other chronic
disorder who are on strong medication
throughout their pregnancy just have to
worry about the baby after it's born due
to withdrawl symptoms. I would just
suggest stopping them, unless thats not
possible and making an appt with your
obgyn
