I have a tingling sensation and numbness in my left hand and my wrist. What is this a sign of??? Can anyone out there help me god's child

That could be a symptom of almost anything. Pinched nerve, or any number of autoimmune disease. Thyroid problem. Your best bet is to see a doctor if it is bothersome. What about carpal tunnel syndrome.
