Bek, I did tell you that I tried
hypnotherapy. I have had 3 sessions with
the hypnotist. The last session, he
taught me how to hypnotise myself and work
on some issues. The first 2 sessions he
worked on getting me to release what is
causing my anxiety. They went well and I
felt it did some good. After spending
about the next 4 weeks on self hypnosis, I
will come in for one more session. Total
cost $400.00.
What I think is much more exciting, and
better utilization of money, is eft. I
have been practicing and perfecting and it
has done wonders in dealing with emotional
issues as far back as I can remember.
I'd recommend everyone go to their website
www.Emofree.Com and at
least download the free manual, read it
and get started...You need to put in
time/effort, but if you do, there is
reward back to you. Eft, so far, is far
more effective than hypnotherapy

I am doing the eft daily, most of the time
I do notice a differance in myself as soon
as I finish the first round. I need tie
it into other things so that I do it more
each day. (like when I go to the loo or
before I go to sleep etc)
is this what you guys do?

Bek, I generally do when I get home in the
evenings. I have done it several times
in the morning. The more I have done,
the more efficient I get at applying eft.
It appears you can get to the point and
do it anywhere, even in public.
Amazingly eft is very effective. I am
stoked about the results I am getting

How bad was your anxiety?
Do you do it only when feeling anxious or
when ever you have the time?

Bek, I would characterize my anxiety as
more generalized. I had some severe
panic attacks when I was in college back
in the 1980's. But they went away and I
never really experienced another panic
attack till july 2003. Man it was a bad
one. I ended up in the hospital for
obeservation. Found nothing wrong.
Since then it has been just generalized
anxiety/stress of everyday life. I have
had two more panic attacks since 2003. I
would get into fight/flight mode....I am
flight, so i'll end up sprinting down the
street. As long as I was moving I felt I
could keep my head above the water. The
panic goes away, but my quality of life
was really affected by my negative
internal dialogue, which created mild
anxiety/stress on a daily basis.
I am doing eft when I find the time. I
will sit down and plan what I want to work
on, write out the set up phrase, then do
it. I'll continue to explore their
website for tips on how to perform. Keep
me posted on how you are doing with eft

I am a herbalife rep and since buying into
the franchise in november 2005 I have been
taking tang kuei. It has been specially
formulated to help releive nervous
tension, stress and mild anxiety, also
for the relief of pre-menstrual symptoms,
relief of muscular ahces and pains! It
is all natural with the 2 ingredents being
- angelica polymorpha root and chamomile
flowers.
For the girls - a week or so before our
menstrual cycle we get mood swigs etc,
also during our menstrual cycle we get
cramps and pains etc - this has releived
mine totally.
If anyone wants any more details drop me
an email. If you look up the two
ingredents on the net you will find that
they have been used by the chinese for
years and have many other benfits
