I Think I May Have a Problem.. Posted: 12-13-05 02:47am
I think I may have a problem here. Im 16
almost 17. I dont eat much, and I weigh
98lbs at the height of 5'2. I dont eat
much in a day because I have a busy day
and dont have time, or I just cant find
anything im interested in. Latily ive
been feeling extremly tired, my backs
sore, and I dont sleep too greatly. My
grandfather often says I look pail. For
example of what I ate today was
1/3 of a medium peporinie pizza
3 gernola bars
1 cookie
1 fruit by the foot
2 cups of fruit punch
2 cups of chocolate milk
1 manderine
this is about my normal food intake. And
I dont beleive it is to healthy and I
should eat more. I dont know what to do.
I dont like the way my body looks because
I believe I look too thin. Im thinking
about talking to a doctor and and maybe
see if I should go on vitamins would this
help?

Since you like chocolate milk, one of the
best tasting drinks I found to put weight
on and also to help maintain healthy
nutrition is, ensure or boost. These
drinks are nutritionaly balanced and taste
awesome! Chocolate, vanilla, butter pecan
and several others.
I lost alot of weight after I had back
surgery because of some kind of reaction
to the anesthisa that made food totally
repulsive to me! These drinks are filling
and if you get the higher calorie and
higher protien mix, you should be happy
with the results.

It's All Junk Food! Posted: 12-13-05 12:55pm
For one thing honey, you are eating
nothing but junk food!!! That is sooooo
not healthy! Maybe you should see a Dr.
They can help you sort out feelings,
problems, etc...Are you under stress,
maybe at school or something? Stress can
make you lose your appetite. Are you
depressed about something? You're not
pregnant, are you?
