Hi , first post from me , sorry for my
english if it isn't perfect ...
I'm hoping for some answer here maybe from
people who know more then me  .
Ok , here's the story and the problem .
Coming back from a holiday , where I had
unprotected sex ( I know  ), I
noticed 2 days after a itching burning
feeling at the top of my penis / urine
channel and a yellowish secretion ( fluid
) . At the moment I was starting to
think like std possible gonorrhea . Since
weekend started I couldn't go to the
doctor but I went there a couple of days
after . Symptoms were getting worse ...
After going to the doctor , he told me
that it could be std but it also could be
just a normal infection of the urine
channel ( by bacteria , virus , fungus ) .
He presscribed me with doxycycline (
antibiotics ) for a 10 day session . This
treathment was working in a instant but
not like perfect . The pain was getting
less and the secretion also but it didn't
go away "yet" . The problem I now have
after 6 days of treathment ( having the
peoblem 3 days allready ) is that I cannot
sleep for a preiod of time . The reason
is that nightly erections (emerging about
every 2 hours when asleep) wake me up
because they are extremely painfull . I
mean , at the urine channel it feels like
they are sticking needles inside very hard
. Since the symptoms in daytime are
almost gone and the secretion is less then
before the antibiotics I would say it is
getting better but at night it is much
worse . Does this seem familiar to
someone or does somebody know like a
disease which does this ??? I will go
back to the doctor in a week ( treathment
has to be completed first ) , but this
happening makes me nervous ( and tired and
not happy at all ) .
