I never want kids but dont want any to go under the knife is there a way I can make myself totally infertile???

And your reasons for not wanting a vasectomy? It only takes a half an hour, and you would be sore (so I am told!) for a couple of days. It's probably the only way to make yourself infertile. There's a small chance you are sterile anyway, so you could get your sperm tested. Otherwise, the vasectomy is your best option.
