Why Do I Have Stretch Marks? Posted: 12-18-05 15:14pm
Ok so i'm 14 years old but I have the body
of like a 17 year old everytime someone
guesses my age they guess about 16/17 one
guy even guessed 19 but I have stretch
marks right by my hip and they look so
horrible why do I have them is it because
maybe my body developed too fast or
something what can I use to get rid of
them and please don't tell me cocoa butter
cuz I use it every day I even got a cocoa
butter lotion specifically fomulated for
stretch mark and i've been using it for a
couple of weeks and it's not really
working. :(

Oh yeah and i've never had sex or nothing
just wanted to add that cuz I heard that a
girls hips get wider after she has sex but
I know it can't be that cuz i'm still a
virgin.

It probably is from developing so rapidly.
As for getting rid of them you hear all
that about cocoa butter working and not
working, but all that it may do really is
just make them lighter. I don't think
they'll ever really go away completely.

before...!!!
Is this really true? All i've ever heard
is that childbirth causes your hips to
widen...

Lol i've never heard that either. How
could sex cause your hips to widen? Your
hips may widen during puberty and after
you have a baby but not because of sex.

I have tons of stretch marks from going
through puberty too fast. They're all on
my hips and up my sides but they're hardly
noticeable anymore especially because my
skin is so fair. They don't go
away...Trust me, I tried ever cream
invented...So just learn to love them.
If you're with a guy who thinks they're
weird or gross or anything, than he's not
the guy for you. My boyfriend has
pointed them out to me but not in a bad
way...He's so competitive he had to point
out to me all of his stretch marks from
weight lifting, lol.
