I Wanna Cry!!! Posted: 12-18-05 16:15pm
Ok so I was having contractions, for two
days, most of them were not bad, but some
of them hurt a little, the doctor said
thursday I was 50 % efficaited and 1cm
dialted, now I am haivng it feels like
braxton hicks, I dont know I give up, I
know I am only 39 wks but I was really
hoping he would be here by christmas. I
dont think I will ever have him, I am
starting to think that he is a little lazy
or he really likes it in there, I have
been telling him for the past three weeks
that he can come out and play if he wants.
Why cant I just go into labor, I know it
will hurt, but its so worth it, I am jsut
ready to get it over with, I want my
little boy here now what can I do. I
have had tons of sex, walked like crazy,
and whatever else I could think of, he is
on his on time, I give up.

Raspberry tea, and oil of primrose is
suppose to help cervix thin out and ready
it for labor. That is what my daughter's
midwife told her. But if your 50%
effaced already 1/2 way thinned out. It
could help though. You can buy raspberry
tea at grocery store, who knows it might
get things going more.

yes I have been a very busy mommy. I had
him on december the 19th and he came 1
week early, he was head down the whole
time and then turned at the last mintue so
I had to have a c-section. I was not
prepared for that but I did well. It
makes me made cause I did not get to hold
him until later that night, and his daddy
did not get to hold him hen they first got
him out, and he was not able to cut the
cord, I hated it, he was only 5 lbs 2 ozs
so I am not sure why he was so small and I
am not sure why the doctors did not detcet
it sooner. He was healthy but he turned
because he was so small/ I really was not
happy with my doctors and next baby I will
have better doctors. I think they should
have paid more attention to the baby to
make sure notthing happen. I told them
something was wrong but they did not
listin until after his heart beat dropped
down to the 30's. But over all we are
wonderful. Thank you for asking . In a
sec I will get back on and post my web
site for you too look at with pics of us

Well Done!! Posted: 01-15-06 15:47pm
Congratulations! Cant wait to see the
pictures! Its horrible when the birth
doesnt go as expected . My 1st son was
breech all the way through pregnancy and I
had to have a planned c-section I wasnt
able to hold him for a while either, he
was 2 weeks early and still weighed a
whopping 8lbs!. It turned out he had a
really short cord and the placenta was at
the top of my belly so he couldnt turn
even if he wanted to. With 2nd baby I had
a vaginal delivery but the doctors kept
telling me all the way through the labour
that I might have to be rushed in for a
c-section without telling me why. I
questioned them on this but they never
gave me a reason for it, it got me so
stressed because I thought something was
going wrong and nobody was telling me
anything. So it does seem that at times
doctors dont really seem to be very
understanding to the mother to be! Glad
everything went well in the end tho. How
is motherhood treating you? + what have
you named baby?
