Heya,
i'm 31 weeks today, and man am I ready to
get this little soccer player out of my
tummy!!
Right now i'm starting to worry about the
post pregnancy weight lost. During my
first trimester and beginning of the
second, I thought I was invinsible and ate
everything that came into my imagination.
(not just sight... I will go out of my
way to eat nice!) and one of my greatest
weakness was pasta... So at 7 months,
i've gained about 30 lbs already! And
hopefully, little kiddo isn't 30 lbs!! So
unless the excess is all water weight...
I'm basically screwed!!
I've been looking into yoga for preggy
women... I wonder if that really helps in
the aftermath?...
Another one of my concern is that...
Ok... Waist fat.. That's understandable,
you know, there's a baby in there
stretching it out. But why are my
thighs... My butt... My calfs! Getting
so huge?
Note that I was never a big girl... Ok I
was a health forum, but now I have barely
any knees... My thighs and calves just
integrated into one!! I really don't
want to spend the rest of my life working
the weight off... I really want the
quickest recovery to my normal size.
(heidi klum did it... 6 weeks after
delievery.. She was in victoria secret
fashion show...)
i am so extremely jealous of those cute
girls and their mini skirts... I can't
wait....
If anyone has any advice or wisdom...
Please share...
thank you...
Kittylainy
(btw: I was never a couch potato...
Infact I worked at a restaurant 8-10 hrs a
day up until last week... "30 weeks into
preggy")
((ooo oo and advice to get rid of stretch
marks too!!))

Hi I am also 31 weeks...From what I have
heard and from watching all of my friends
go through pregnancy I have seen that all
of them lost their baby weight fast and
even some extra weight as well...Once
their little one's were born they were
never left with free time or without
something to do so the weight just poured
off of them...So hopefully you won't have
to worry so much after your little one is
born..Just take care of him/her and you
should be fine=) also drinking lots of
water and walking has always helped me in
the past too lose weight fast and to keep
myself healthy....And I am sure that once
you have this baby the stroller won't be
too far from the door...Good luck=)

Oh sorry and one more thing I get all
those little magazines too thay show how
all the stars lost their baby weight
fast..But let me tell you they have a lot
of money and I have read that almost all
of them have c-section births and
afterwards have the works
done..Liposuction, tummy tucks, and a boob
lift..So unless you have loads of money
none of us will ever look like them 6-8
weeks later after delivery...What can I
say? The stars just have it all...Lol

Don't worry about it so much hun! I'm 38
weeks and just finally hit that omg i"m
going to be huge forever stage! My mom
isn't being very sensitive with the issue
and is just feeding off her 'always so
skinny daughter' having a little pudge
here and there! It's definitely getting
to me! I started at 118lbs and at my
appointment last week was 157lbs. That's
39 lbs with still 2 weeks to go! I was a
little underweight for my height, 5'6", so
40 lbs is pretty normal. Keep that in
mind hun! A lot of women gain 50 or 60lbs
in their first pregnancy! I think we're
doing pretty great in that case!
Your butt, thighs, and legs kind of have
to get a little larger to help you hold up
all that extra weight on your tummy! (my
concern is my arms!) i'm starting to
realize that the best way to go about it
is to give yourself a nice extended goal
rather than saying' "okay! I have to lose
all this weight in a month!" i'm guessing
this is your first child, like me, so
there is a decent chance it will all come
off pretty easily. Just don't let
yourself get discouraged if it takes a
little longer than you expected.
Just imagine your little baby and remember
that this extra weight is all for him/her!
If you're gaining weight, so is your
little one! We all want a healthy baby
right? My husband constantly reminds me
just to enjoy being pregnant and to let
myself enjoy eating for once. He says,
"do it for the baby!" it's not permanant
and one day in the near future you will
have your awesome body back and rock all
those great jeans your used to wear once
again. ;)
