5 months old baby with 5 teeth sitting up w/o support Posted: 12-20-05 18:01pm
Hey ladies...And gentlemen if their are
any present. Okay, my son is 5 months old
today and he already has 5 teeth and is
sitting up without any sort of suport for
very long periods. All that I read says
that these things are not suppose to be
happening for a few more months. Should I
be worried at all?? I know that this
seems like a stupid question but i'm
worrie dmy son may have something wrong
with him that is causing him to develop to
quckly. I don't know... Any replies
would be greatly appreciated!
God bless,
teresa

Babies can cut teeth at any age, some
babies are born with teeth! And as for
him sitting up it sounds as though he is
probably just a very alert baby! This can
happen quite often espcially with 2nd
children or onwards as they have older
ones to learn from. Is this your 1st
baby? Do you have any older children
around alot?! The things that are written
in books are only meant as a guideline and
it is perfectly normal for things to
happen outside of these so try not to
worry and enjoy your baby.
