Okay I have been on the ortho tri cyclen lo since may. I had my period but it wasn't very heavy at all and on the 4th day of my period I had sex and my boyfriend came inside of me. Don't make any judgements just help me and tell me if there is any chance I could be pregnant.

If you've taken all of your pills on time, it's very unlikely that you could get pregnant. If you were on your period, it's even more unlikely. I really don't think you have anything to worry about.

That is right, your period week is protected by the pills.
