Believe me, I also very much get muscle
twitching and shakiness. It feels like
there's little bugs crawling around under
my calves. And I had an eye twitch for a
month straight.
As for the shakiness, I get that a lot
also. It feels like a low sugar attack
but even when I eat it doesn't get better.
I especially feel it severely when I
first wake up in the morning. The only
way it goes away is with xanax. But
believe me I constantly shake, it's very
weird!!!

I find that a lot of this muscle twitching
is due to exhaustion/tiredness. If you
constantly worry about your health, you
cannot relax mentally or physically and
then your body reacts, and generally feels
wrong.
Have you always worried about your health?
Do you ever think and think so much about
it that you feel nervous and insecure?
You have got to find a way to stop
thinking like that, and start to be more
positive. Do you have any interest or
hobbies away from work or study? Do you
sleep well at night?
