I am no expert , but I think you should have sex everyday when you are fertile if your husband has good sperm count. But if he has a low sperm count then you should have it every other day to give him time to produce more sperm.

It's better to have sex every other day or every third day, this way his sperm count can build up.

If you want, your gyn can have him ejaculate into a container and they test it.
