I am 16, 5feet 8inches tall and I weigh
about 50kgs,which is less than what it
should be. I am quite skinny. Despite
being skinny I am quite fit and have no
health problems. My only problem is that
I have no flesh on my body especially my
arms(they can easily be confused with iron
rods).
I am looking for advice on building my
body structure and gaining fat as well as
weight. I also want to build some
biceps.
Help me, I am sick and tired of being
constantly referred to as thin or skinny.
