Q: Don't Understand What Happened?

I didn't find the right thread for this so sorry if its wrong. Friday, dec. 16th I took 2 home pregnancy tests. They were positive. Sunday night I started spotting a little, 30 minutes later it was full, regular blood. I went to the emergency room. The blood tests were negative. I only bled for 2 days and not real heavy. I dont know if I miscarried ( which is what my first thought was) or can 2 tests be wrong?! :? Has anyone one else experienced a situation like this?

Well I was fine first 2 months but wednesday last week I had abit of stomach ache or like a pain. Then thursday morning (early) I had some spotting of blood. Carries on till this day still. Saturday night I got really bad pains so bad I couldnt cope but got thriough it. Sunday morning early hours off I went hosopital. Was there from 4am-ish till 6.30am and got given antibiotics for infection. Had blood and urine tests done. Ear test done for temperture. Blood pressure done. They got a scan booked for me for monday 5 days ago now and that showed no baby just blood and fluid.
I have another scan on weds 28th to see if all blood and fluid has come out if not I have to goto a&e. The spotting did get worse by sunday afternoon-ish. But the pain was unbearable.
