Can Anybody Help Me With These Problems Posted: 12-23-05 08:39am
Ive been doing weight-lifting for almost 2
years now, I am a 13 year old boy. I have
nerve shaking in my fingers and sometimes
in my toes. The shaking started about 3 -
4 months after I started weight-lifting.
I am about 5 ft 8 and weigh 132.8 lbs
which is about 9 st 6. And also for some
stupid reason I can't keep balanced. Can
anybody help me with these problems? Do
you think I should stop doing weight
lifting and see how I get on?
