Salty Stains After Sweating.... Anyone? Posted: 12-25-05 17:16pm
Hi, I sweat (and I do it a lot) and when
it dries, leaves white stains on my
shirts and pants... Maybe its the food I
eat, but I dont eat salt much, im curious
about it... Maybe its nothing, or not...
So I posted here 'cause you know, its
always good to see other people say "hey,
me too".
Thanks.
Merry xmas.

(you know, when I opened this thread I
thought it was going to be about how when
you sweat a lot and it drips in your eyes
or something it's like salt.... But
never mind....)
just one of those things that happens....
Mostly to white undershirts.... Using a
good deoderant helps a little bit, but
toehr than that, there's not much you can
do.

When you're refering to "stained" do you
mean sctually stained yellow, or just wet
from sweat? How you gonna see a yellow
stain on a dark color shirt?

I sweat quite a lot also. Do some people
naturally sweat more than others or is it
down to fitness? If I become fitter will
I sweat less?
Many thanks :)

Gee, I dont know,... I wonder the same;
possibly getting fit makes one sweat *a
little less*... One thing I noticed
lately is that even I sweat a lot I dont
get bad smells, but different smell... I
suppose when I passed certain age, or the
food...
