Would using sexual lubricant during intercourse make it harder to conceive? Are there any types of lubricant we should use or avoid?

Sexual lubricants may have negative impact on conception because many of them have a spermatocidic effect (they kill the spermatozoids). You can ask your gynecologist for advice on specific lubricants' effect on spermatoziods. Additionally, your partner can request a sperm analysis (spermogram).
